How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored on our server, which is regularly backed up.

We keep your personal information for at least seven years.

Hard copies of documents, which have been scanned are confidentially shredded. Our server is stored securely, in a locked server cage.

Our IT provider has installed a robust anti-virus system to prevent unauthorised access to our server. All incoming emails are vetted to block ones that are spam, junk and malicious.

When we no longer require access to your personal information, it will be deleted from our server.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
